What is gang sheet printing?
Gang sheet printing is a cost-effective printing method where multiple designs are arranged together on a single sheet. This allows you to print various designs in one production run, reducing waste and saving money.
What file format should I submit?
We accept PNG, SVG, AI, and PDF files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI resolution for the best quality results. Make sure your designs are properly sized before submission.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for gang sheets. You can order as many or as few designs as you need on a single sheet.
How long does production take?
All orders received by 1PM will be shipped the same day
What materials can gang sheets be applied to?
Our DTF gang sheets can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabric types. They work great on t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more.
How do I apply the transfers?
Use a heat press at 300-320°F (150-160°C) for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
Can I mix different sizes on one gang sheet?
Yes! That's one of the main benefits of gang sheet printing. You can combine different designs and sizes on a single sheet to maximize efficiency.
Before You Buy
Can I see a proof or sample before my order is printed?
Because gang sheets are printed to order and dispatched the same day (for orders placed before 1PM), we are unable to produce physical proofs prior to production. We strongly recommend checking your artwork carefully — correct resolution (300 DPI), transparent background, and accurate sizing — before submitting. If you are unsure whether your file will print as expected, free samples can be requested before ordering.
Also, every order includes three small test patches for you to try out to get a feel for the process if you have not used DTF products before.
How durable are DTF transfers through washing?
When applied correctly — using the recommended heat, pressure, and peel method — DTF transfers are generally wash-resistant and designed to last the lifetime of the garment under normal conditions. However, durability depends heavily on correct application: incorrect temperature, insufficient pressure, or an unsuitable fabric can reduce longevity. For best results, finished garments should be washed inside-out on a gentle cycle, avoiding bleach and tumble-drying at high heat. We cannot guarantee specific wash-cycle counts, as results vary with application quality, garment type, and wash habits. Does the cost per print change depending on how much of the design covers the sheet?
Gang sheets are priced by sheet size, not by ink coverage or the number of colours in your design. This means a densely covered sheet costs the same as one with lighter coverage at the same dimensions — making it more economical to fill your sheet as efficiently as possible. To get the most value, pack your designs tightly, mix sizes as needed, and minimise empty space.
