What is gang sheet printing?

What file format should I submit?
We accept PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI resolution for the best quality results. Make sure your designs are properly sized before submission.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for gang sheets. You can order as many or as few designs as you need on a single sheet.
How long does production take?
All orders received by 1PM will be shipped the same day
What materials can gang sheets be applied to?
Our DTF gang sheets can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabric types. They work great on t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more.
How do I apply the transfers?
Use a heat press at 300-320°F (150-160°C) for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel the film while hot for best results. Detailed instructions are included with every order.
Can I mix different sizes on one gang sheet?
Yes! That's one of the main benefits of gang sheet printing. You can combine different designs and sizes on a single sheet to maximize efficiency.
