We are under no obligation to keep submissions confidential or to respond to them. We reserve the right to remove any content we consider unlawful, offensive or in violation of intellectual property rights. Section 20 – Copyright Compliance and Design Ownership

Customers are wholly responsible for ensuring that any artwork submitted complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. By placing an order, you confirm that you either own the design outright or hold the necessary permissions to use it. Newlife DTF accepts no liability for any copyright infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork and reserves the right to request proof of ownership. Customers agree to indemnify Newlife DTF against any claims arising from the misuse of copyrighted material.

Section 21 – Print-Ready Artwork Requirements

All artwork submitted to Newlife DTF must be provided in a print-ready format. We print all artwork exactly as it is supplied and accept no responsibility for spelling errors, pixelation, low resolution, incorrect colours or any other design issues present in the uploaded file. By submitting your artwork, you confirm that it is final and ready for print. We do not make adjustments to submitted artwork unless this has been agreed with you in writing.

Section 22 – Custom Goods, Cancellations and Returns

Our products are custom-made and produced to individual customer specifications. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made goods are exempt from automatic return rights and the standard cooling-off period. Orders may only be cancelled before printing or production has commenced. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is found to be faulty.

Faulty Goods Policy: If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or replacement, in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We may request supporting evidence in order to verify the fault.

Section 23 – Shipping, Delivery and Delays

We dispatch orders via Royal Mail and DPD. All delivery timeframes are estimates unless a guaranteed service is explicitly offered by the courier. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is beyond our direct control. We do not accept liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, including any missed deadlines, business losses or consequential damages. We will, however, assist with tracking queries and courier investigations wherever possible.
