If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. File Submissions and Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and files submitted meet our specifications. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect formats, or design errors. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own all rights to the designs or have permission to use them.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your submitted designs. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You warrant that your designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

6. Production and Shipping

Production times are estimates and not guarantees. We will make every effort to meet stated timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in production. Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

8. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a defective product due to our error, we will replace it or issue a refund. However, we are not responsible for application errors, improper storage, or damage occurring after delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to submit designs that are defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringe on the rights of others.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
